Delete Your Account

App: ETH Mining Simulator (by Krutik Shiroya)

You can permanently delete your ETH Mining Simulator account and its data at any time, using either option below.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

Open ETH Mining Simulator and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm by tapping Delete.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email from the address registered to your account. Include the email address you signed up with.

Or write to krutikshiroya123@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login (email address, display name, authentication record)
All game progress (virtual balance, hash rate, boosters, sessions, streaks)
Support and feedback messages you sent from the app

What is kept

Anonymous analytics data (up to 14 months) and crash reports (up to 90 days) from Google Firebase are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after these periods. We keep nothing else.
