Important: ETH Mining Simulator is a simulation game. It does not mine any real cryptocurrency and does not use your device's processor for mining. All ETH balances, hash rates and boosters in the app are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged or transferred. We never ask for wallet addresses, private keys or payment details. ETH Mining Simulator is not affiliated with the Ethereum Foundation.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information ETH Mining Simulator ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including how to delete your account and data.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your email address, the display name you choose, and your password when you sign up with email. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) and are never stored in plain text.
- Google Sign-In: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier from Google.
- Support messages and feedback: the category, subject and message you send through the in-app Help Center or the rating dialog.
- Purchase information: if you buy a Boost subscription, Google Play handles the payment. We and our subscription provider RevenueCat receive which plan you bought, the price and currency, purchase, renewal and expiry dates, subscription status, and the store's purchase and transaction identifiers, linked to your account ID. We never receive your card or other payment details.
Information created while you play
- Game progress: your virtual balance, hash rate, boosters, mining session times, daily streaks and reminder settings, linked to your account.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data (Google Analytics for Firebase): app interactions such as screens viewed and features used, app version, device model, operating system version, language, approximate region derived from your IP address, and app instance and device identifiers (which may include the Android Advertising ID).
- Crash and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics): crash logs, stack traces, device state at the time of a crash, and an installation identifier.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): the Android Advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. See Section 5.
What we do NOT collect: precise location, contacts, photos or files, microphone or camera data, card or bank details, cryptocurrency wallet addresses or private keys.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
- To save and sync your game progress across sessions and devices.
- To show your display name on the in-game leaderboard.
- To send optional local reminder notifications that you can turn off at any time.
- To answer your support requests and feedback.
- To understand how the App is used, fix crashes and improve the game.
- To show ads, including optional rewarded ads, and to measure how they perform.
- To process Boost subscriptions: apply them to your account, restore them, and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- To prevent abuse and keep the App secure.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the App on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Advertising
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob: an ad when you open or return to the App, occasional full-screen ads between screens, and optional rewarded video ads.
Rewarded ads are always your choice. Before one plays, the App tells you what you will get (for example extra mining time or a temporary hash-rate booster) and you can cancel. The reward is added only after the ad finishes. Rewards are virtual and have no real-world value.
To show ads, limit how often they appear, prevent fraud and measure performance, Google AdMob collects the advertising data described in Section 2. Where the law allows and you have not opted out, Google may use it to show ads based on your interests.
Your choices:
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads use your data. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
6. Data Security
All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored data is restricted to your own account through Supabase authentication.
7. Data Retention
- Account information, game progress and support messages are kept while your account is active and are deleted when you delete your account.
- Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is kept according to Google's retention policy.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as needed for billing, refunds, tax and legal obligations, which can be after you delete your account.
8. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Deleting your account removes your email address, display name, login, game progress and support messages. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your account and expire as described in Section 7.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Boost subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how we process it. To make a request, email krutikshiroya123@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
12. Contact Us
